3DA charges every project based on its requirement demand. This is arrived at after analysis of clear project requirements synthesized as mentioned above. Every project follows a different fee/charge spectrum, also based upon its location, size and magnitude.

Project monitoring is done at various levels. For smaller, limited scale projects CCTV 'Live Feed' streamed round-the-clock, 24x7 to your Desktop PC, iPad, Tablet, iPhone or Android phone keep you abreast with progress of works at site. For large-scale projects additionally you get collaborated site progress reports vis-a-vis pre-defined milestones configured via PERT & CPM network scheduling protocols. Periodic meetings are held at site to ascertain adherence to milestones, corrective suggestions are incorporated in revised reports and provided to you during course of construction of the project.
