A Care Management Agency (CMA) helps people with complex medical, behavioral health, or social needs coordinate the care and services they need—so nothing falls through the cracks. Doral Health’s CMA team connects members to providers, community resources, and supports while helping improve health outcomes and reduce avoidable emergency room visits and hospitalizations.
